By accessing ksstudio.com.np, booking our photography or videography services, renting cultural dress, or purchasing products from Kabita Studio, you agree to these terms and all applicable local laws.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Our studio address is 5th Floor, Prajapati Complex, Radhe Radhe, Bhaktapur.

Kabita Studio provides photography, videography, cultural dress rental, printing, customized gifts, jewellery, and selected product sales. All bookings and orders are subject to the following:

• Deposits: A booking deposit may be required to reserve your shoot, rental date, printing order, or customized gift order. The remaining balance must be paid before delivery, pickup, or final handover unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Photography cancellations: Shoot cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time may be rescheduled once, subject to availability. Late cancellations, same-day cancellations, or no-shows may result in loss of the booking deposit.
• Rescheduling: Clients should request any date or time change as early as possible. Rescheduled bookings depend on studio, photographer, dress, and event availability.
• Studio care: Clients are responsible for damage caused to studio property, rented dress, jewellery, props, or other items while in their care.

Our store offers jewellery, cultural items, printed photos, frames, customized gifts, and related products. By renting or purchasing from Kabita Studio, you agree:

• Pricing and payment: Prices are listed in NPR and may change without notice. Orders are confirmed only after required payment or deposit is received.
• Cultural dress rental: Rented dress and accessories must be returned on the agreed date and in the same condition. Late returns, stains, missing pieces, or damage may result in additional charges.
• Jewellery and products: Jewellery and ready-made products may be exchanged or returned only if unused, undamaged, and returned with proof of purchase within the stated eligibility period.
• Printing and customized gifts: Printed photos, frames, personalized gifts, and made-to-order items are non-returnable unless we made a production error or the item is damaged before handover.
• Delivery and pickup: Customers may collect orders from 5th Floor, Prajapati Complex, Radhe Radhe, Bhaktapur. Delivery availability, timing, and charges depend on location and order type.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Kabita Studio retains copyright ownership of photos and videos captured by our team. Clients receive permission to use delivered files for personal sharing, printing, and family or event purposes.

• Client permission:Clients may share delivered photos and videos on social media, messaging apps, and personal albums, provided Kabita Studio's work is not misrepresented or resold.
• Commercial use: Brand, advertising, paid promotion, resale, or publication use requires prior written permission and may require a separate fee.
• Studio portfolio use: We may request permission to use selected photos or videos for our portfolio, website, or social media. Clients may tell us if they do not want their images used publicly.

Kabita Studio is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of our website, delays caused by weather, traffic, client lateness, third-party delivery issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Our responsibility is limited to the amount paid for the affected service or product.

We take reasonable care when storing and delivering files, but clients should download and back up delivered photos or videos promptly after receiving them.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from your use of our services or website shall first be addressed through direct communication with Kabita Studio. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nepal.
